How to build up the CSV file for bulk processing?
Your CSV file needs, at least, one header and one row. The maximum number of rows allowed is 9999. If you upload a CSV file, we won’t remove any extra columns, except on Domain Search where the tool will generate a new CSV file. You can upload a file with the columns you want. The names of the headers does not matter. This is the minimum number of columns your file has to have in order to run each tool: Lead Search needs 3 columns: first name, last name and domain. What happen if I spend all my credits?
When you get out of credits you get an advice on the dashboard, or the tools that you get out. You can opt to get more credits by using the Refill tool, or wait for the next month credits.

We are working on our road map and taking our users feedback to improve the platform. Can I buy more credits if I spend all the ones I have?
Of course! If you go to the Settings page on your dashboard, you will see the option to Refill your credits. REFILL
When inviting users, do they have to have the same domain ?
What can I do if the Customer Service live chat is not available?
If you need to contact us and for some reason the blue chatbox bubble on bottom right of the screen is not available, you can send an email to email@example.com and we will answer as soon as we see your email.
What is "Refill credits" option in Dashboard?
The "Refill credits" button is an option that we offer if you run out of credits before your billing period finish. By clicking a button, your credits will be refilled. When you do a refill, make sure to use them all before next billing period, otherwise, you will lose it. This is the pricing for the each plan:
We have not found any email addresses with this domain name on the web. There can be several reasons: We have not crawled web pages where those email addresses appear yet, note that the algorithm is constantly updating the info available in public sources. The company using this domain has a limited presence online. The company uses another domain name for their emails. The websites where these email addresses appear don't allow crawlers.
Are the tools designed for B2B or B2C ?
All our tools are being created for B2B environments. You can use FindThatLead for B2C also, but will work better for B2B businesses.
Does FindThatLead work anywhere in the world?
Yes, FindThatLead works anywhere in the world! Take in consideration that our algortihm works better with latin alphabet. However, it should also work in any other alphabet.
Can credits be made rolled over next month if not used?
No, the credits you haven’t used won’t be rolled over to the next month.
Do the tool works globally?
I cannot export my leads in Prospector
If you cannot export your leads from the Prospector table, check if you previously generated the emails, otherwise it won't be possible to export any email.
Where can I get my User Id?
To get your User Id, please go to Settings on the dashboard, and you will see Your User Id. Click on the small eye icon to show it. USER ID

What the confidence means?
Each time you do a search, we give you a confidence ratio that helps you use reliable data. The color gives you the confidence of the search: Color code

Can I register with email?
Yes. You can register through Facebook, Google+ or Linkedin, and you can also register with a corporate email. Sign Up
I have problems with the 'Sign up' or the 'Switch account'.
If you are using social login, please look at your URL bar, you should see something like this: pop-up chrome Go to “Always allow pop-ups from https://findthatlead.com then refresh and try again. Also check if the pop-up is on the background or minimized.
When are credits refilled/restarted?
If you signed up in FindThatLead before May 2018, your credits will be refilled the first day of the next month. If you signed up after May 2018, your credits will be refilled 30 natural days after your account activation or purchase.
How reliable are the emails?
We verify each corporate email and we assign confidence level to each of them. If do you want to send to 'Guessed' emails, note that may produce a higher bounce rate. We strongly recommend you to send only the 'Correct' emails and use the 'Guessed' ones for build audiences. Click here if you want more info
Billing period and Credits refilling date
The credits will be refilled on the start of each billing period. For example, if you paid the 1st of January the credits will be refilled the 1st of each month.
Where do we get the information?
The data is gathered automatically with our algorithm from major contact sides, trade shows, social networks. You will only see index public data. We just do it faster and clean it for you. All the emails are generated with our own algorithm based on patterns, or found on public sites through the web.
Can I test your tool before purchasing?
Yes! Our Basic plan is free of charge, so you can test almost all our tools with no cost. If you have any doubt, you can schedule a demo with our Sales team, they will solve all your questions.
What information will I get from a lead?
You will get emails and much more information! For example, in our Prospector tool you will also get the Position, the Location and the Company Industry of the lead. With Prospector you get all the information needed to personalize a good email (Position, Industry, Location, etc.) With Domain Search feature you also get sometimes names, positions, social links and phone numbers :)
How do I cancel my account?
If you want to cancel your account, please go to Settings inside your Dashboard. There, click on "Account" on the footer. If you have any problem just contact at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have only big companies, or you also have small ones?
You can search from Freelancers to over 10k employers companies. We have search for millions of contacts from every walk of life of Business. We love to help, Freelancers and small digital companies.
Why the Domain Search results are not saved on the Lead Manager?
As we think on lead manager as the lead repository and the domain search tool usually get emails only, we don’t save them, you can obviosuly export them and import to your CRM. We are working on a full redisign of the lead manager where domain search leads will be saved also ( this will take time sorry! :( )
Is there an "export" leads feature?
In all our tools, you will always find a button to export your data as CSV or send it directly to your Google Dirve. This is magic if you have a CRM to add loads of data super fast.

What is a credit?
Yes, we charge 1 credit per search, even though when the email is not found. This is because we apply more than 14 verification processes before offering any result, other competitor tools simply give you a random email permutation without any type of verification. How do you verify leads?
