Question 1

What is a credit?

|| A credit is a search inside the tool. Every time you do a search, a credit is deducted from your account.

Yes, we charge 1 credit per search, even though when the email is not found. This is because we apply more than 14 verification processes before offering any result, other competitor tools simply give you a random email permutation without any type of verification.

| We don't charge for repeated leads you searched within the actual month.

Quick explanation on the credit usage of each tool:

Search:

If a name is provided you will spend 1 credit for each search (we automatically verify the searched email).

However if you only provide a domain or company name we will display a batch of maximum 10 emails for 1 credit. If you want to display more it would cost 1 credit for each batch. The emails on will NOT come verified, so you will spend 1 credit for each email verification.

Email verifier:

You will spend 1 credit for each verification.

Social Url Search:

We will try to find the lead profile for free. If we found it, you can generate the email for 1 credit (the email already comes verified).

Prospector:

You can generate the list for FREE. Then you can select the leads you want and generate the emails for 1 credit each (we automatically verify the searched email).

Email Sender:

FREE tool :)

*The number of connected email accounts sending simultaneously are limited according to each plan.

How to build up the CSV file for bulk processing?

Your CSV file needs, at least, one header and one row. The maximum number of rows allowed is 9999.

If you upload a CSV file, we won’t remove any extra columns, except on Domain Search where the tool will generate a new CSV file.

You can upload a file with the columns you want. The names of the headers does not matter.

This is the minimum number of columns your file has to have in order to run each tool:

Lead Search needs 3 columns: first name, last name and domain.
Domain Search needs a column with the domains.
Email Verifier needs a column with the emails to verify.
Social URL Search needs 1 column with Twitter and/or LinkedIn URLs.
Company Search needs a column with the names of the companies.
Position Search needs 2 columns: position, and name or domain of the company.
Enrich needs 1 column with company names.
Blacklist needs 1 column with domains or emails.

Do you have a list of industries?

Yes we do :) But keep in mind that you can use any kind of industry or key word you want on the Prospector even if not appear on this list:

How reliable are the emails?

Accepted Answer

We verify each corporate email and we assign confidence level to each of them.

| You can rely on those leads labeled as Correct that we know are completely verified. If do you want to send to 'Guessed' emails, note that may produce a higher bounce rate. We strongly recommend you to send only the 'Correct' emails and use the 'Guessed' ones for build audiences.
