Basic Information
What is the difference between Visit and Scan?
Visit Profiles automatically accesses the profile page. In this way, it extracts more information and also performs all available actions (i.e.: it can validate skills, send an invitation to connect and send a direct message). Scan Profiles pulls all the information that is visible in the search results, so basically you will get the full name, the company name and the position in the company. We recommend that you use Visit Profiles, as you will get more information. Also, your potenFew readersAll records CSV file does not display correctly

You can configure which profiles you avoid visiting within the Dashboard, for example if they are out of the network, if there is a pending invitation or if they do not have a profile picture. Generally, out-of-network profiles do not allow you to connect with them, so we suggest skipping them. However, it is only a suggestion, so you can edit those settings and visit them if you want. Please note that less information will be collected.Few readersHow are Actions (Visits/Scans) quantified?
An action within Scrab.in is a visited profile (Visit Profile), a scanned profile (Scan Profile) or a profile visited from a CSV file (CSV Upload). Each plan comes with 2000 daily actions: 500 visits and 1500 scans to use every day. With one action, you can perform several operations at the same time. For example, if you select visit profiles and enable Auto-endorsement + send messages to first degree profiles, with one visit you will do both actions. When you visit a profile and send a connection request (with or without a message), that counts as an action within Scrab.in.. On LinkedIn it works the same as when you do it manually: Scrab.in sends a connection request with a message, and when you get accepted, it goes to your LinkedIn inbox (don't confuse it with the InMail inbox). In Sales Navigator, all invitation messages go to the Sales Navigator inbox, separate from the normal LinkedIn inbox. The InMail feature works by seFew readersIs the follow-up message sent ONLY after a person has connected with me or can I send more messages in the meantime?
The follow-up message works automatically, after a few minutes it runs and verifies the accepted connections. It sends the follow-up message to the people who accept the invitation, those who did not accept the invitation will not receive the follow-up. We have added a new feature that avoids sending this message if they have already replied to us. Does this mean that I can't send a follow-up messagFew readersCan I use Scrab.in in different tabs at the same time?
You cannot use Scrab.in in different tabs if it is the same Scrab.in or LinkedIn account ⚠️. This will result in errors when collecting and saving data, as well as problems sending messages. Also, your account could be banned, because your profile is performing actions too fast for a human (therefore, LinkedIn will think something is wrong). That is why we strongly recommend that you avoid this practice to avoid future problems with your account.Few readersCan LinkedIn ban or close my account?
LinkedIn will not ban your account using Scrab.in if you use it under certain limits 😃. Scrab.in obtains data by mimicking human behavior (with random delays), as well as marking a maximum number of actions per day / per account. This way we make sure that LinkedIn can't ban our users. However, LinkedIn can restrict your account at any time without prior notification because according to LinkedIn it violates their terms and conditions.
