How do I configure the Actions panel?

First, we will open the Dashboard. To do this, click on the extension:

The Dashboard is the Scrab.in control panel where you can configure everything you need, but in this case we will focus on Actions:

Actions

Actions allows you to adjust both the behavior of the extension and configure the automatic messages that will be sent every time a new connection is invited. We recommend leaving the default configuration and modifying only the content of the messages.

Within Scan / Visit, you can choose to avoid connecting to profiles connected in the first, second or third degree. You can also choose to avoid visiting profiles that do not have a profile picture (this is useful to avoid unimportant profiles).

Note: By default, the option to skip profiles that are outside the network is already active, since if a relationship of at least third degree cannot be established, LinkedIn does not show the profile as visible and therefore cannot collect any useful information.

Scan/Visits
Below you will find the daily visit and scan limits. We strongly recommend not to modify this section because Scrab.in comes pre-configured to be as efficient as possible while making reasonable use of the system. Increasing these limits could result in your LinkedIn account being banned or temporarily suspended.

IMPORTANT: if your LinkedIn account is newly created or has a low number of connections (less than 200), use the daily limits while visiting profiles with scrab.in to protect your account from banning. We have set the limits to not exceed certain daily visits and avoid being banned by LinkedIn. It's all about ratios. Example: Having 100 connections on your profile, we recommend you not to visit more than 30 new profiles per day. Increase this number exponentially week after week. Deactivate the daily limits when you have more than 600 connections, you have always been active on LinkedIn or you are sure that your account will not be restricted.

Next we will find the option to Endorsement (automatically validate skills) to the profiles we visit. We recommend activating this option only when viewing first degree profiles, as this is not a very normal behavior in networks outside the first degree.

In Group Message Template, we will be able to write a personalized message to send to all the members of a LinkedIn group of which we are members.

Invite Actions allows you to send invitations to profiles with a personalized message. It is highly recommended to have this option enabled every time you make a new connection.

Did you know that...? Connection requests with a message are 47% more accepted than connection requests without a message.

If you are using Sales Navigator, you can use InMail Message (to send InMail messages, of course).

Message (1st degree only) allows you to choose the frequency of messages sent. With this setting you can prevent a first degree connection from being contacted more than once within the selected time period. We can also customize the message with the name, title and company.

Invitation Follow-Up Message focuses on automating incoming invitations, as well as replying with a follow-up message once the connection has accepted us.

You can write a custom message by adding name, title and company profile.

There are many things you can do, such as choosing to pause this action if the profile already responded to our invitation and/or setting a time to delay the follow-up message.

Did you know that... This action does not consume any of your daily share quota!
