Is the follow-up message sent ONLY after a person has connected with me or can I send more messages in the meantime?
The follow-up message works automatically, after a few minutes it runs and verifies the accepted connections. It sends the follow-up message to the people who accept the invitation, those who did not accept the invitation will not receive the follow-up.
We have added a new feature that avoids sending this message if they have already replied to us.
Does this mean that I can't send a follow-up message to someone after a visit, if they haven't accepted my connection request yet?
Exactly, Scrab.in can send messages to first degree contacts using the "Send message 1st degree" feature and can send second degree messages with a custom message within the invitation.
But Follow-up message is only available when someone accepts your invitation to connect with you.
