What's included in my plan?
Here you can see the features and limitations of each plan. If need to upgrade your plan you can click on the plan you most like and complete the upgrade. What happens if I spend all my credits?
FindThatLead works with a limited number of monthly credits depending on the plan you currently have. Check the features of your plan here. When you get out of credits doing actions on the dashboard or the extension we will notify you. You can opt to get more credits by using the Refill option that you can find on settings, or wait for the next month credits. If you need more info rega
Can I buy more credits if I spend all the ones I have?
Of course! If you go to the Settings page on your dashboard, you will see the option to Refill your credits. REFILL
Can credits be made rolled over next month if not used?
No, the credits you haven’t used won’t be rolled over to the next month.
Will I be charged to test the free plan?
No, as you don’t need a credit card to test FindThatLead. The Free/Basic plan is free forever.
Do I need to put my credit card for the free trial?
No, we will only ask for a credit card when you upgrade to a Premium plan.
Can I upgrade/downgrade whenever I want?
Absolutely. Note that FindThatLead works based on the prorate model. We will always charge you only for what you have used. Just remember to downgrade the plan before your next billing cycle starts.
Can I test all the features with the free plan?
Yes, you’re free to test everything except the CSV bulk feature. That’s the only limitation on the free plan, but don’t worry, you can test it out manually, the results are exactly the same.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, you can. Just go to the Settings section and click on the “My account” button at the footer of the page.
Billing period and Credits refilling date
The credits will be refilled on the start of each billing period. For example, if you paid the 1st of January the credits will be refilled the 1st of each month.
