What is the difference between Visit and Scan?
Visit Profiles automatically accesses the profile page. In this way, it extracts more information and also performs all available actions (i.e.: it can validate skills, send an invitation to connect and send a direct message).
Scan Profiles pulls all the information that is visible in the search results, so basically you will get the full name, the company name and the position in the company.
We recommend that you use Visit Profiles, as you will get more information. Also, your potential client will see that you visited their profile (and it is very likely that this person will visit you back).
