# I have problems with the 'Sign up' or the 'Switch account'.

If you are using social login, please look at your URL bar, you should see something like this:

Go to “Always allow pop-ups from https://findthatlead.com then refresh and try again.

Also check if the pop-up is on the background or minimized.
