This article pretends to help you undertstanding how the CSV file has to be formatted in order to process it with FindThatLead Bulk tools.

Your CSV file needs, at least, one header and one row. The maximum number of rows allowed per file is 9999.

If you upload a CSV file, we won’t remove any extra columns, except on Domain Search where the tool will generate a new CSV file.

You can upload a file with the columns you want. The names of the headers does not matter.

This is the minimum number of columns your file has to have in order to run each tool:

Lead Search needs 3 columns: first name, last name and domain.
Domain Search needs a column with the domains.
Email Verifier needs a column with the emails to verify.
Social URL Search needs 1 column with Twitter and/or LinkedIn URLs.
Company Search needs a column with the names of the companies.
Enrich needs 1 column with company names.
Blacklist needs 1 column with domains or emails.

If you want to use Lead Search Bulk feature you will need a CSV file with at least, three columns, containing headers. Those columns should be:

Name
Last Name
Domain / Company Name ( We recommend to use always Domain for better results instead of Company Name, but the tool can work with company names as well)

As you can see in the screenshot:

However if you want to perform a search in Domain Search you only need one column:

Domain / Company Name ( We recommend to use always Domain for better results instead of Company Name, but the tool can work with company names as well)

As you can see in the screenshot below:
